Review: The final, dramatic season of Vampire Diaries is upon us. After eight seasons of blood-sucking, coven betrayals, and mysterious deaths (so many deaths!) the story has wrapped up in the town of Mystic Falls. In the sixteen episodes, Damon and Enzo continue their murder spree due to being controlled by unforeseen force. The town is on the brink of destruction but Matt might have clues hidden deep in his family history that could save Mystic Falls. I do not feel like I can give a rating of this based solely on the final season. The episodes I watched confused me more than when I started but the overall quality of the filmmaking definitely deserves points. I will give this 3 out of 5 fangs! – Kathryn Ryan
