I had a chance to chat with Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race: Gold Coast contestants Navin and Andrew. Navin and Andrew are the owners of Dallas restaurants Spice in the City and Lucky Cat Vegan. They also have a Youtube channel where they are sharing easy quarantine recipes that can be cooked with non-perishable foods.

“Mission: Santa Barbara”
In Santa Barbara, California, Tyler Florence puts the final three food trucks to the test on a sprawling avocado farm, where they race to pick and pit 50 avocados. Team morale is tested when the trucks are challenged to one-up each other’s avocado dishes, and one team’s family makes a surprise visit. The final two teams are revealed.
