28 Years Later

28 Years Later from Danny Boyle is next after 28 Days and Weeks Later, and said to be kicking off a new trilogy. I love Danny Boyle but I went in to this one wanting more rage virus, zombie attacks, and if possible, answers. What I got was more a survival story of mother and son, and a dramatic post ravaged sect.

Synopsis: A group of survivors of the rage virus live on a small island. When one of the group leaves the island on a mission into the mainland, he discovers secrets, wonders, and horrors that have mutated not only the infected but other survivors. | 1h 55m | Rated R for strong bloody violence, grisly images, graphic nudity, language and brief sexuality
